With the Great Resignation well under way, it’s no secret that employee wellness is top of mind for many organizations. In today’s candidate-driven job market, companies that go above and beyond in supporting their employees’ wellbeing will win at attracting and retaining talent.
One such company is Formstack. The Formstack team uses PerkUp to give their 250+ people a flexible “Wellness Benefit”. When it comes to wellness, there’s no such thing as “one size fits all”. Wellness, by nature, means something different to everyone, and so an effective wellness program is one that embraces diversity and lets every individual define wellness for themselves.
One Formstack team member recently shared on LinkedIn that she uses her monthly wellness benefit to challenge herself with a Peloton subscription. Whereas she used to “hate working out”, Formstack was able to empower Yirang to focus on herself by providing her with a “better work-life balance.” In Yirang’s own words:
However, while a great option, a Peloton isn’t a benefit everyone necessarily wants. Another Formstack team member, for example, decided to use their PerkUp budget to upgrade their workstation with a standing desk!
